Terms & Conditions

The Poacher’s Brasserie is open Tuesday from 6pm – 9.30pm, Wednesday – Saturday 12-2pm and 6- 9.30pm and Sunday’s 12-4pm. This is subject to change with little to no notice, due to the current coronavirus pandemic and taking into consideration localised lockdowns. Under the new COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, the restaurant can accommodate up to 30 guests in one sitting. The kitchen capacity dictates how many guests we can cater for within each half hour period, in order to ensure that you receive the best level of service from us. We do ask that once you have secured a reservation at a particular time, that you adhere to that time. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booking time without forewarning, then you may lose your table to another booking.

We strongly recommend that guests reserve a table in advance by contacting a member of our team directly. Tel: 01455 888227 or Email: aga@poachersbrasserie.co.uk Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team and although we will do everything we can to allocate a table in your preferred area of the restaurant, we cannot always guarantee this.

Guests are not permitted to move the dining furniture due to H & S, Fire Regulations and the new COVID-19 social distancing measures.

Group Bookings – Currently not available
The restaurant’s continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our customers and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations.

For groups of 8 people or more, we kindly request a guarantee credit / debit card number to secure the booking. Your reservation is only confirmed once we have received this.

A service charge is applied to group bookings of 8 or more people.
